Order & Return
- No refund will be given on change of mind purchases
- We will happily exchange unopened packs of nappies for an alternate size within 3 months of purchase.
- Full refunds or replacements given on damaged or faulty goods. Customer must contact ECOdirect immediately (within 2 days) upon receipt of goods with proof of damaged or faulty goods. Goods must be returned before a replacement is dispatched. Please call 1300 767 065 to notify us of the returning goods and to obtain our reply paid number.
- All freight costs for returns and deliveries of refunds and exchanges (excluding damaged or faulty goods) will be at the customer’s expense.
- All goods remain the property of Moltex until paid for in full.
- All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch.
- All prices are given in Australian Dollars inc GST.
- We do not have any liability to you arising from the supply of our products. All warranties and representations are fully excluded to the extent allowed by law.
- FREE FREIGHT offer applies to purchases over $250. Any discounts applied using promotional codes or special offers will be taken into account when calculating total spend.
These terms and conditions shall be construed according to, and governed by the laws of NSW and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW in respect of these terms and conditions.
Reward Program Terms & Conditions
- Reward points are available to MOLTEX customers only and are non transferable.
- Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
- Reward points will not be refunded for cancelled orders.
- Reward points can be earned by purchasing any product shown on the MOLTEX website.
- Maximum of $50 worth of reward voucher may be redeemed per order.
- Points will not be awarded for freight charges or GST on purchases.
- Points will be awarded on discounted products.
- Customers must supply their full address, telephone number and email address in order to qualify for the Rewards Program.
- Reward vouchers will be valid for 6 months from date issued. Unclaimed reward vouchers redeemed by MOLTEX after the expiry date will not be honoured under any circumstances.
- Stockists of the MOTLEX range are excluded from the Rewards Program.
- MOLTEX reserve the right to amend the above Conditions of Use without prior notice or liability.
- All products and goods remain the property of MOLTEX until paid for in full.
Shipping & Delivery
- An email confirmation will be sent for all online orders.
- Whether received by phone, email, fax or online your order will be dispatched on the next working day after full payment has been received. We deliver Australia wide. Delivery will take approximately 2-10 days depending on the delivery address given. Should there be any delay, we will contact you - please ensure that an appropriate telephone number is specified with your order. For urgent deliveries, please contact us and we can arrange a courier for you.
- All our goods are sent with regular Australia Post. In order for us to keep shipping costs to a minimum we do not use tracking, however if you require your goods to be tracked, please contact us and we can provide you with an alternative shipping fee.

- Delivery will be FREE for all orders over $250 and will be sent out with Australia Post
- Delivery charges for all orders under $250 vary per state. Please see table below for the rate to your area:
An additional $8 flat fee will be charged for all orders weighing over 21kg (approx 3 boxes of nappies).
