All prices are quoted in Australian dollars inc GST.

Refund & Exchange

If you are not happy with your purchase please return it unopened within 10 days of purchase and we will provide a full product refund (delivery costs excluded).

If goods you receive are damaged, please return them to us within 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with a full replacement.

Deliveries

Your order will be dispatched on the next business day after receiving full payment. Should there be any delay, we will contact you - please ensure that an appropriate telephone number is up to date in your account. If you are ordering as a guest then ensure you enter a current telephone number when completing the delivery address details.

We deliver Australia wide and delivery will take approximately 2-10 days depending on the delivery address given. If you are not home to receive delivery and have not left specific delivery instructions your order will most likely be held at your local post office. An Australia Post parcel collect card will be left in your mailbox.
